Mexico!
I love Mexico. Specifically, Oaxaca, Mexico. I spent approx 5 months there in 2006 and they were some of the most interesting times in my life. Specifically, because I showed up in time for the political riots. Yep–riots. Crazy! But enlightening.
I’ve been back several times since then since my uncle has a B&B there (casa adobe) and I love everything about the city. The people are great, the archaeology is amazing and the food….oh…..the food. I had a Mole Negro Tamale and I swear, I wanted to just roll around and swim in that bad boy.
Mmmmm…Oaxaca.
Oh yeah, the rest of Mexico is pretty great too.
